This game had pretty impressing graphics. Not many glitches (actually I found only two) and the author took his time to make this game glitch free. The tilesets used are not the original ones so they give the game a nice touch. But the interior of the houses is horrible. I am not lying when I write that there was no interior. The inside of a building was floor and black stuff around it. Very bad. The only furniture I saw was the inn table and the desk and bed in Swift's hut. This is not so good. Actually I can't say much more because the game is pretty short. But I loved the hunting range. Realy nice and original. Actually the sound here sucks big time. The only music I heard was in the intro when you heard the FF3 battle music. The sound effects are a little better. There are a lot of them, (arrows flying, evil laugh and other stuff). I personally think that music is a really important part of a game and this game has almost nothing in the way of music. sorry no high point here. A story there was, kind of. The game begins with four knights fighting a group of soliders and kill them (this was pretty cool actually), after that they get killed too. Then you find out that a evil person took amulets that the knights had and used them to take over the world... bla bla. Since this is a beta you can't catch on to the story much. I hope this gets improved in a later release. The characters are somewhat original. One is a village boy and an other one is a hunter. They meet and follow each other because the hero Rand got to hunt a deer and needed the hunter's help. The info about the characters could be a little better but it can go as it is.There was actually no big bugs in the game. I saw no save points whatsoever in the game and in the party there was two women you couldn't talk to. The game is somewhat good and is *maybe* a good choice for downloading. Well if you are a RPG maker then you can download it to get inspiration. But it is hard to judge a game that is as short as this one. If the authour got a little more engaged in making the game maybe it would be better.

The overallt percent:
Bugs, Glitches & Crashes: No real bugs, except for no save points and that there were two women at the party who you couldn't talk to. 90%
In game music and SFX: No actual midis, but there is very good use of SFX. When a arrow hits and a monster dies, well made. 60%
Character & BG Graphics: This game dosen't use the original tilesets and the tilesets used are well used so a high score here. 80%
Cutscenes: I haven't noticed any... 0%
The in game Plot and introduction: The intro was really cool, but the rest of the game proceeds rather fast, like when you kill the guy at the party, then you get fast into the hunter's hut. A little more work here please. 70%

Comments to the author:

Both the author and the game show to have great potencial and the only thing that is needed it a little longer demo and some work with the plot. Do this and you are welcome back for a higher score!

Score of game: 78%
